CASE STUDY – BP
Our latest large project was for BP PLC who were replacing their global HR system with a new provider. A major part of the project was to ensure that the new system integrated fully with the existing outsourced payroll offering involving multiple international payroll providers.
The payroll side could not be changed therefore the new integration was fundamental to the success of the project as was the design and configuration of the HR system.
