Experienced over the last 20 years in multiple forms of HCM, focussing on Payroll and HR across SAP, Workday and Peoplesoft. Sectors including Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Retail and numerous Local Authorities. Cross platform migrations involving HR/Payroll process re-engineering, data migration, full test cycles all play a part in his role that he has become well accomplished at. Previous clients include BP, easyJet, NHS, Jardine Lloyd Thomson Group,. Now part of our high calibre team and with a lot of expert knowledge on international payroll and how to integrate.

She has worked on 3 full SAP HR payroll implementations, 1 SAP ECC 6.0 upgrade and 2 full cycle global Workday to ADP Global View payroll integration projects. She has excellent configuration experience in PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, Travel Management, ECM, Time Evaluation, PD, Training and Event Management, e-Recruitment, ESS & MSS. She has received Training in HR400 – SAP HR Payroll Configuration in ECC 6.0 and HR408 – UK Payroll specifics from SAP.

Mei Mei has been an experienced Business Analyst for the last 25 years on HR and Payroll implementations, including several years at BT, PWC, Taylor Wimpey, Fujitsu, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser and BP on Global HR/Payroll projects. Extensive knowledge of multiple payroll software systems including how to configure and especially test them, she has worked with many different Payroll providers as well. Competent in all aspects of project lifecycle such as requirements gathering, business/gap analysis, business process re-engineering, solution design, test management and system implementation. Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills. Wide skill set that has enabled her to work in many diverse roles on projects.
